My Human ATM

My Human ATM

Liza goes from financial doom to financial dominatrix in this sassy and humorous novel.

Liza is broke and heartbroken after her marriage with Lewis has fallen apart. She has $80 in her bank account until payday, when she receives a DM from a man calling himself @relinquish808 asking her to dominate him financially. He says:

‘I love being berated. I love being bossed around … Please, listen. This is real. I get turned on by giving you money. Anything you need … This is a real thing. Not a hoax. Get back to me. I’m very successful. I can make you rich.’

Now Liza needs to learn how to be a financial dominatrix: she needs to insult her human ATM, scold him for being worthless and berate him about his finances.

It seems like an easy side hustle. It can mostly be done from her couch on her phone. She doesn’t have to get dressed, put on lipstick, or crack a whip.

The more nasty Liza becomes, the more @relinquish808 gives. Can a human ATM and a dominatrix persona really change her life for the better?

The book is edgy, smart, sassy; very modern.

The Replacement Wife

The Replacement Wife

Luisa tries to find a wife for her husband.

After years of being ignored in her marriage, Luisa has fallen for Jarvis. She comes up with a plan to find a new wife for her husband Luke so she can exit her stagnant marriage while keeping everyone happy.

It's been no easy task, but she has finally connected Luke with a suitable replacement wife and stepmother for eight-year-old Max, and the new relationship is taking off.

What Luisa's careful plan hasn't taken into account is the renewed spark of emotion when she sees Luke at his best again, rising up out of his slump to show another woman the care and attention he hasn't shown Luisa for years. She starts to remember what it was about Luke that she originally fell in love with ... but is it too late?

More than a simple romantic comedy.

Searching for Von Honningsbergs

Searching for Von Honningsbergs

A wild romp through the world of art.

Lawson is sent overseas to retrieve three paintings for an exhibition. He has a thorny love affair with a Russian Latvian firetwirler, does a deal with two shady characters in Brazil and runs for his life from a madman in Beijing. This novel reminds me of J.D. Salinger's Catcher in the Rye.

Leonard wants to bequeath his tattooed skin to the National Gallery.

Leonard wants to bequeath his tattooed skin to the National Gallery of Australia. He has been almost completely inked by one of Australia's best contemporary artists, but he is a canvas that nobody wants. Then, strange things start happening to Leonard: Darwin’s moth—a tattoo from his calf—flutters around him one night; he wakes with a Cold War gas mask on his head; Mao Tse Tung appears in his bed. Tattoos from his skin come alive before him and he becomes more convinced than ever that his skin is truly precious.

This dark story is told in poetic, seductive language.
